![]() Hello Btet, sorry to read that you are having an issue with your HP thin client. ![]() This should at least allow you access to CMOS and the ability to reimage. You can pull the battery and wait for the CMOS to clear. Make a bootable flashdrive and restore the image. If all else fails download a new image here. Once there check here: If that doesn't work try pressing F9 on boot - this is supposed to reset to factory. This will display an alternate logon screen. While the auto logon process is displaying the logon countdown, press the Alt and F4 keys simultaneously.
